This Shipping Policy explains how we process, handle, and deliver orders.

1. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
• Custom or special orders may take longer — we will notify you if this is the case.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

• Local Deliveries (within Nairobi): Estimated delivery time is 1 business day.
• Rest of Kenya: Delivery time depends on the location and courier services used.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery location and order size.

3. Delivery Methods

We work with reliable delivery partners to ensure your order reaches you safely.
Options may include:

• Our own rider
• Uber boda
• Pick-up from our shop

4. Shipping Restrictions

• We currently only ship to addresses within Kenya.
• We do not ship to P.O Boxes. Kindly provide a physical delivery address.
